Subscription Terms

immigo Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks more of the app. This section explains the terms in plain language.

1. Free and Premium

Core features are free: a set number of daily questions, the lawyer directory, your rights and news. Premium removes the limits.

2. What Premium offers

3. Price and automatic renewal

immigo Premium is $4.99 per month (price may vary by region and is shown before purchase). It is an auto-renewing subscription: it renews automatically for another month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel in iPhone → Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

5. Refunds

Because purchases are made through the Apple App Store, refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's policy.

6. Changes

We may change Premium features or price. We will notify you of a price increase in advance, and where required by law your continued subscription after the change means acceptance; otherwise the subscription will not renew at the new price without your consent.
