3. Not legal advice; no attorney-client relationship
immigo is not a law firm, is not an attorney, and is not a DOJ-accredited representative. immigo does not provide legal advice. Using immigo does not create an attorney-client relationship. Information in the app is general and may not fit your situation. For official information rely on uscis.gov and consult a licensed immigration attorney for decisions about your case.
4. Your account and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account and for keeping it secure. You agree not to use immigo for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and not to upload content you do not have the right to share.
5. Subscriptions and payments
immigo offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription (immigo Premium) sold through the Apple App Store. Pricing, auto-renewal and cancellation are described in our Subscription Terms. Payments are processed by Apple under its terms.
6. Intellectual property
The immigo name, logo, software, design and content are owned by Hanium LLC and protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

9. Disclaimers
immigo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. 10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hanium LLC and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from decisions you make based on the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hanium LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Dispute resolution — arbitration and class-action waiver
Most concerns can be resolved by contacting us first. If a dispute is not resolved, you and Hanium LLC agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, except where prohibited by law. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing info@hanium.app. Nothing here prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in small-claims court.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 12, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Changes, termination and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use means acceptance. We may suspend or end the service or your access if you violate these Terms. Questions? Email info@hanium.app.
